Learning On Demand (LOD)
Faculty, staff and students can upload videos to the repository. The user can control access to the video to a particular course, or institutional role within each institution or collaborate with other institutions. Each institution can assign its own Institutional Collections Manager (ICM) who is responsible for all videos and collections pertaining to the institution and can create individual user accounts to allow selected staff and faculty to upload and manage their own videos.
Through the use of authentication labels, videos can be made public or limited to a specific class or college. Videos can be imported from Camtasia Relay Servers ;easily using the Learning on Demand interface and linked from Course Management Systems.
